  • Novelkart is an online platform that sells electronics and related accessories.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the platform under parental/guardian supervision.

Products & Pricing

  • All products listed on Novelkart are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, design, or specifications may occur due to manufacturer updates.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of checkout.
  • Product availability is dependent on stock. In case of non-availability, Novelkart reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full payment.

Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through the Novelkart website/app.
  • Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS.
  • Novelkart accepts multiple modes of payment including PhonePe Payment Gateway (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Wallet, Net Banking) for secure transactions.
  • PhonePe Payment Gateway ensures end-to-end encryption and secure payment processing.
  • In case of a failed or incomplete transaction through PhonePe, the amount (if deducted) will be refunded by PhonePe as per their refund timelines.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location and product availability.
  • Estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.
  • In case of unavoidable delays, Novelkart will keep the customer informed.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Returns/replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:
    • Damaged product received
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Manufacturing defect (verified)
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed via the same mode of payment used during purchase (including PhonePe, if applicable).

Warranty

  • All electronic products sold are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).
  • Novelkart is not responsible for warranty claims but will guide customers to the authorized service centers.

Limitation of Liability

  • Novelkart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products/services.
  • Product performance and quality are subject to the manufacturer’s responsibility.

Privacy & Security

  • Novelkart respects your privacy and follows strict data protection practices.
  • Payment transactions via PhonePe Payment Gateway are 100% secure. Customer data such as card numbers, UPI IDs, or banking details are not stored by Novelkart.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
