Return and Refund Policy

At Novelkart, we strive to deliver the best quality electronic products to our customers. In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Return Policy applies as follows:

1. Return Policy

1.1 Customers may request a return only if:

  • The product is damaged on delivery,
  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • I accept returns for defective and non-defective products.

1.2 To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards (if applicable).
  • New and slightly used products (This includes products that are opened or have been slightly used).
  • The return request must be raised within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
  • Return $ Refund Restocking fee, No cost.

2. Refund Policy

Upon successful return or cancellation, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • If payment was made through PhonePe Payment Gateway (UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Wallet / Net Banking), the amount will be refunded to the same source account.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be initiated via NEFT/IMPS to the customer’s bank account. Customers will be required to provide their bank details for the same.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 01-07 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Digital products, downloadable software, or licenses.
  • Gift cards or vouchers of any kind.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the product is shipped, it can only be processed under the return policy.
