Delivery Locations: We currently ship across Bilaspur India.
Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of successful payment.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 1–10 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping Charges: Free shipping may be applicable on select products. Otherwise, shipping costs (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

We accept secure payments through PhonePe (UPI, Wallet, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking).
Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
Cash on delivery available

We offer a 7 Days Replacement Guarantee on all eligible electronics purchased from Novelkart.
Replacement is applicable in cases of:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect/malfunction (verified by brand or Novelkart support)
To request a replacement:
1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide order details, product images/videos, and issue description.
3. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement.

⚠️ Note:

Replacement is not applicable for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or physical damage after delivery.
Original packaging and invoice must be retained for replacement eligibility.
